  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you would need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the product if you no longer wish to keep it.

4. Cancellation Fees
  • No Fees for Cancellations within 24 Hours: There are no cancellation fees if you request the cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not been shipped.
  • Restocking Fees: In certain cases, if the cancellation is processed after shipment or if the product is returned due to non-defective reasons, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of the cancellation request.
5. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: If you have ordered customized or personalized products, these items are non-cancellable once the order has been placed.

Non-Refundable Products: The following items are not eligible for refund:
