• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Replacement Policy

Our products are built with precision and tested for performance under demanding conditions. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

• Eligibility: Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

(a) Damaged during transit
(b) Defective or non-functional on arrival
(c) Incorrectly shipped items

• Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Process: Email us at support@botlabdynamics.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Attach photos or videos for faster assessment.
