1. General Refund Guidelines
● Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 7 Days of receiving your product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
● Non-Refundable Products: The following items are not eligible for refund:
○ Custom or personalized products.
○ Opened or used products (unless defective).
○ Products purchased during sales or promotional periods, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.

2. Refund Criteria
● Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will offer you the option of a full refund or a replacement product. To qualify for a refund in this case, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
● Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., wrong size, model, or color), please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the product and either provide you with the correct item or issue a full refund. All refund and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by BotLab Dynamics in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet policy criteria or show evidence of misuse.
3. Refund Process
● Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. All returns must be authorized by BotLab Dynamics before being shipped back.
● Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure that the product reaches us safely.
● Inspection: Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. If the product meets the return criteria, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from receiving the return.
● Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied (e.g., for opened or used products). The fee will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
4. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact customer support. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed as a return and new purchase.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the date of processing, please check with your bank or credit card company. 7. Cancellation Policy
● Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure after receiving the product.
