Cancellation Policy

- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly, and any charges will be reversed.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you would need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the product if you no longer wish to keep it.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refund Process for Cancellations
- Successful Cancellations: If your order is canceled before it is shipped, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
- Failed Cancellations: If the order cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
4. Cancellation Fees
- No Fees for Cancellations within 24 Hours: There are no cancellation fees if you request the cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not been shipped.
- Restocking Fees: In certain cases, if the cancellation is processed after shipment or if the product is returned due to non-defective reasons, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of the cancellation request.
5. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
- Custom or Personalized Orders: If you have ordered customized or personalized products, these items are non-cancellable once the order has been placed.
- Sale or Promotional Items: Certain sale or promotional items may have specific terms regarding cancellations. These terms will be stated on the product page or during the checkout process.
6. Changing or Modifying an Order
If you wish to modify or make changes to your order (such as changing the delivery address, adding/removing items, or changing the shipping method), please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we may be able to assist in making these adjustments. If the order is already in the shipping process, modifications cannot be made, and you would need to proceed with the return process once the product is delivered.
